Because our items are personalized and custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

 

  • Incorrect photo uploaded

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

 



Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us 💖

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

 

We will happily work with you to replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

Refunds

 

Refunds are issued only if:

 

  • An item is defective

  • The order was incorrect due to our error

 

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
