3. Orders & Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time is 1 business day.

  • U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • International shipping typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns or issue refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

  • Approved returns must be shipped to our U.S. location at 2777 K Street, San Diego, CA 92102.
