Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products (photo magnets, retro prints, and calendar magnets), we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect photo uploads.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Replacements

  • We will send a replacement free of charge if the product was damaged in transit or printed incorrectly due to our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method once the return or claim is approved.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
