1. How do I order custom photo products?

Choose your product (Photo Magnet, Retro Print, or Calendar Magnet), add it to your cart, and you’ll be able to upload your photos before checkout. Our team will prepare everything and confirm your design before printing.

2. What sizes are available?

We offer different sizes depending on your product:

• Photo Magnets (per set of 12):

  • Small: 2.75 × 2.75 in

  • Medium: 2.75 × 3.5 in

  • Large: 3.25 × 4 in

• Retro Prints: Classic Polaroid-style prints (approx. 3.5 × 4 in)

• Calendar Magnets: 4 × 6 in with your custom photo + mini calendar
  

3. How long does processing and shipping take?

• Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1 business day.

• Shipping Time (from San Diego, California):

  • United States: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • International: 10–20 business days (customs delays may vary by country)

4. Can I upload multiple photos?

Yes! When you add the product to your cart, you’ll see the upload option. You can upload different photos for each set or item in your order.

5. Are the prints and magnets durable?

✅ Yes! We use high-quality printing and durable magnet backing to make sure your photos are vibrant, long-lasting, and resistant to fading.

6. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes, as outlined in our Refund Policy. If your product arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll fix it or send a replacement.

7. Do you accept bulk or gift orders?

Yes! We accept bulk orders for weddings, birthdays, reunions, and corporate giveaways. Contact us for special pricing.
