Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–5 business days (U.S.). We also offer discounted shipping rates through our logistics partnership.

3. How long does processing and production take?
Typical production time is 1–2 business days, depending on the product and order size.

4. Do you accept rush orders?
Yes! If you need something urgently, please message us before placing your order so we can confirm timing.

5. What if I need to make changes to my order after purchasing?
If production hasn’t started, we can still modify artwork, text, or images. Once final printing begins, changes may not be possible—but contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

6. How do I care for my personalized products?
Our items are long-lasting and durable. For photo magnets or ornaments, simply wipe with a clean, dry, or slightly damp cloth—no harsh chemicals.

7. Can I see a preview before it’s made?
Yes! We provide a digital proof upon request. Once you confirm the preview, we start production.

8. What if I’m not happy with the result?
Your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with the finished product, we will provide a refund or offer a reprint—whichever you prefer.
